Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ffienlee.com and any purchase from FFIENLEE (the “Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Store, creating an account, submitting content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use the Store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, delivery, contact, and account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Please notify us promptly at support@ffienlee.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Products, Materials, and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our jewelry accurately. Materials, finishes, plating, gemstones, dimensions, weight, and care instructions are stated on the relevant product page. Not every item is made from the same material, and customers should review the individual product description before ordering.

Because jewelry may be finished, polished, plated, set, or assembled by hand, minor variations in texture, tone, shape, stone pattern, weight, measurement, and finish may occur. Natural stones, pearls, and similar materials may contain variations or inclusions that are part of their character and are not necessarily defects.

Screen settings, lighting, photography, and device displays can affect color appearance. Measurements and weights are approximate and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product availability, packaging, and presentation may change without notice, provided that the item supplied remains materially consistent with its description.

Natural oxidation of sterling silver and gradual plating wear caused by ordinary use, storage, or chemical exposure are normal material characteristics and are not necessarily manufacturing defects. This does not affect any right relating to goods that were unsafe, defective, not of acceptable quality, or not as described when delivered.

Jewelry is not intended for children unless expressly identified as such. Customers with known metal sensitivities should review the disclosed materials before purchase. Product-care guidance should be followed to help preserve the finish and condition of the jewelry.

3. Prices, Currency, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, or exchange-rate differences imposed by a bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or other payment provider are outside our control.

We may change prices and promotions before an order is placed. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where correction is required by law or the customer agrees to the change.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge, including disclosed taxes, delivery fees, and other charges.

Sales tax, VAT, GST, duties, import taxes, customs charges, and carrier administration fees are handled as explained at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Unless expressly stated as prepaid, destination-country import charges may be payable by the recipient. We will collect and remit taxes where required by applicable law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order, subject to applicable law.

We may decline an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, sanctions or export-control requirements, or other legal or operational impossibility.

If we must cancel an accepted order because fulfillment has become unlawful or impossible, or because an item is unavailable, we will notify you and promptly refund the affected amount to the original payment method. We will not substitute a materially different item without your consent.

We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, or inventory disruption. Any limitation will be applied in accordance with applicable law.

5. Order Changes and Cancellation

Please contact support@ffienlee.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun.

Personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-specification, or other customized items may enter production shortly after an order is placed and may not be cancellable once production has begun, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

This section does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. International Fulfillment and Delivery

We fulfill orders internationally. Available destinations, processing times, delivery methods, estimated transit times, delivery charges, customs information, and address restrictions are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Customs review, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, incomplete address information, local delivery conditions, and events outside reasonable control may cause delay.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address and any recipient information lawfully required for customs clearance. Risk of loss passes only at the time permitted by applicable law, and we remain responsible for the goods until delivery where mandatory consumer law requires this.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligibility, time limits, hygiene-sealed items, personalized items, return shipping, refund timing, defective or incorrect goods, and exchange availability are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

No return restriction applies to the extent that it would unlawfully exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Gifts

Promotional codes and offers are subject to any conditions stated with the promotion. Unless expressly permitted, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion before an order is placed if it contains an obvious error or is being used fraudulently.

If a returned order no longer qualifies for a promotional gift, bundle price, or order-level discount, the refund may be recalculated as disclosed in the Returns & Refunds Policy and to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Store and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product names, videos, layouts, and software, are owned by or licensed to FFIENLEE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Store only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, remove rights notices from, or create derivative works from Store content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that you created it or have permission to submit it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, translate, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting FFIENLEE, subject to applicable privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection laws. This license ends where and to the extent required by applicable law.

We may moderate or remove User Content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, contains personal data, or violates these Terms. We do not promise to publish every submission. Any incentive connected with a review must be disclosed, and we do not require a positive review.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Store:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity;
• to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• to submit false payment, identity, customs, delivery, or account information;
• to introduce malicious code, disrupt security, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with Store operation;
• to harvest personal data or conduct unauthorized scraping that burdens or disrupts the Store;
• to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• to evade purchase limits, sanctions, delivery restrictions, or fraud controls.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Store may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, communication, fraud prevention, delivery, or other functions. It may also contain links to independent websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services that we do not control. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on us for service providers used to perform our obligations to you.

13. Store Availability

We aim to keep the Store accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, update, suspend, or change Store features where reasonably necessary. This does not affect accepted orders or mandatory consumer rights.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical error.

Product-related disclaimers do not exclude any mandatory guarantee that goods will be of satisfactory or acceptable quality, fit for purpose, safe, and consistent with their description. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or willful misconduct where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FFIENLEE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to refunds or remedies expressly owed under these Terms, our policies, or mandatory consumer law, and does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify FFIENLEE against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Store, infringement of another person’s rights, or User Content submitted without the necessary rights.

This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use, does not make you responsible for loss caused by us, and does not limit any mandatory consumer protection.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, abusive conduct, or repeated misuse of Store services. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination, including obligations relating to accepted orders, refunds, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution.

18. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms and purchases from the Store are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the legal operator of FFIENLEE is established, without applying rules that would unlawfully deprive a consumer of protection.

If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of mandatory protections available in the country or region of your habitual residence, and you may bring a claim before any court or dispute body available to you under mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a non-waivable right, accept mandatory arbitration, or litigate exclusively in a foreign forum.

19. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs interruption, widespread carrier disruption, labor disputes, epidemics, or major infrastructure failure. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will provide any cancellation or refund required by law.

20. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, security, or business reasons. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
