Thank you for shopping with FFIENLEE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this 30-day window to qualify.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn & unused — in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags, pouches, and protective materials intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Customized / engraved / personalized items — due to their made-to-order nature
- Piercing jewelry (studs, earrings, nose rings, etc.) — for hygiene and health safety reasons, these items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, tarnish from improper care, or modification
3. Shipping Costs
Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items (Our Fault)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, FFIENLEE will cover both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Personal Reasons (Buyer's Responsibility)
For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or sizing issues, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Standard Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item
- Bank posting: Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
Sale / Discounted Items
Items purchased at a promotional or discounted price (including flash sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and coupon-code purchases) are eligible for store credit only — not a cash refund. Store credit will be issued as a unique discount code equal to the item's paid price and can be applied to your next order.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If the requested size/color is in stock, we will process the exchange once we receive your returned item
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit per the rules above
- If the exchange is due to a sizing issue or personal preference, the buyer covers return and re-shipping costs. If the exchange is due to our error, FFIENLEE covers all shipping costs.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer support team at support@ffienlee.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund posts
- If you've completed both steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ffienlee.com
8. International Returns
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with the return shipment. FFIENLEE is unable to cover these charges.
