Shipping Policy

International Fulfillment

Every FFIENLEE order is individually prepared, packed, and dispatched through our international fulfillment facility. Orders may travel across international borders before delivery and are not guaranteed to be dispatched from within the destination country. Delivery estimates therefore include international transportation and may be affected by customs clearance.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Personalized, made-to-order, pre-order, or back-order items may require additional preparation time; the estimated dispatch time shown on the relevant product page applies.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

All rates and complimentary-shipping thresholds are shown in USD. Eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, or other government charges.

We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. Availability for your exact destination is confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order processing, weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking, Insurance, and Signature

All orders are shipped with tracking. For security, high-value orders may also include shipping insurance and require an adult signature upon delivery at no additional charge. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number are complete and accurate.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Clearance

Unless duties and import taxes are expressly shown as prepaid at checkout, international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, or carrier administration fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are not refundable by FFIENLEE. Where required by applicable law, taxes may be collected and remitted at checkout.

Customs authorities may request additional personal or tax-identification information before releasing a parcel. Delays caused by customs procedures are outside our control.

Address Restrictions

Please use a complete residential or business street address. P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, parcel lockers, hotels, freight forwarders, and remote locations may not be supported by every service. If the selected service cannot deliver to your address, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel and refund the order before dispatch.

We do not ship to destinations restricted by applicable law, sanctions, carrier limitations, or safety conditions. If no shipping option appears at checkout, we are unable to serve that destination at this time.

Address Changes and Undeliverable Parcels

Please review your address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can change or redirect the address.

If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal to pay import charges, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it, actual return, redelivery, customs, or carrier costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Please retain the item and all original packaging until the investigation is complete.
